FOr example, A hitting B
1. If A used stroke candle, then suppose 100% (No any miss, negate all smart), but if B used agility candle later, the smart rates (Miss) will change to 50%.
But 2. If B used agility canlde first, the smart rate is 50%, but if A used stroke candle later, the rates will change to 100% again.
So, to sum up, which canlde effect will show depend on who used later. used later one will chanel the before one effect.
Don't know is it same about this server, can any GM test and prove it?

Well not really since the calculation of which attack will miss and which will not is at the moment of the attack and not at the moment when the candle is used. So basically during the attack, the stroke candle will still ingore the whole smart rares but it won't ignore the agility candle.
And to be honest, even if it's a bug or not it should stay like that. High grade Agility candles are harder to make than a simple G1 Stroke candle.

Anyway, I found a solution to balance agility and stroke candles:
Instead of Stroke Candle giving 100% accuracy, make it ignore 50% of the enemy's physical evasion rate upon attacking them. This way, when Stroke is activated and the enemy has G10 smart, it will all be negated. If the enemy has an agility candle, the effect will be negated, the candles cancel each other out, so it's fair. If the enemy has G10 Smart + Agility Candle, they will have +50%-50%+37%=37% chance to dodge incoming physical attacks. Their G10 smart will still work properly instead of agility candle ( which is 50% 9
This would balance stroke and agility candles.
The problem is coding it I guess, but it doesn't seem like anything difficult to do, then again I'm not a scripter.
