From what I understand his friend asked for a migration 4 months ago. AT THAT TIME, he followed all the requirements and it was allowed. Now the customer service being crappy as it is, took them 3 months to reply to his ticket and asked if he wanted to transfer still and he said yes. I found it quit funny that he needed another ticket opened instead of just staying on that ticket and doing it after he said yes. Now he is saying he can't do it and changed his mind.

He followed all the rules of migration at that time and it was legal but now he is being punished for their lack of customer service in taking so long that there are new rules up.

What happened to your other GM's? I thought you had 4 other GM's? I know I sound kind of grouchy but it's only because I love DR and want to see it succeed for many years to come.

My offer still stands if you need help with customer service just contact me via pm or email.If you take care of this aspect of the server everyone would be super happy in the long run. Even if you have to write a program to limit people, which I understand and delay a maintenance it would be worth it imo.

Happy customers = spending customers.

Now alot of people comment without reason talking about balance, my friend LordAres also never log lack of motivation playing on a nation without friends. How nation balance will work Forcing him to stay in vyseus if he dont play there? Breton going to play active in vys also, but this isnt what matter.
My friend applied with all requeriments and still apply yet, He even found a D3 > higher dual than his char.

Dont try to save Vyseus and game balance with us because it not going to happend, Vyseus was unbalanced for long time dont try to use my friend LordAres and Breton as "scapegoat"..

You modified the rules yesterday, starting from now exchanges arent allowed til nations get closed.
So my friends applied and did formed their tickets in time before you change rules.
Lack of support its YOUR fault, professionalism does mean to have a nice and fast support GMTeam also, If you dont have time to mannage a server it doesnt give you any reason to make your players pay for it.

I understand what he's saying Jarl (by GMs sticking to what they say and following through), but he acts like Yilseans are the only ones not getting tickets solved. Everyone has tickets unsolved. I think the GMs should do the transfer for him though, cause that ticket was made before the rules changed. And btw, I'd like to see all of those characters that he listed that're gonna "quit", not show up at BM tomorrow. I guarantee you a few of them will show up. They never quit. I remember them making a topic like this a few months ago. Apparently a good bit of AV was gonna quit. Did that happen?...Nope!

I think GM team should change the imigration system a bit as below.

First, the highest unbalanced population nation shouldnt get transfered in.
Second, the lowest unbalanced population nation shouldnt get transfered out.
Third, transfer from highest pop nation to lowest pop nation should be set as high priority.
Fourth, remove the exchange option, totally shit.

Exchanges should be allowed its a deal between players or individual characters, while it was allowed by rules this have to be done by GMTeam. If ticket was made before you change the rules you have to deal with it, stop doing crap with us.

Zyp players have unanswered tickets also. GMs don't go "Oh that's a Yilse ticket, let's skip it and go to the next."

My friend´s ticket isnt unanswered dude, go read all this again. My friend´s ticket are already replied and GMSignPainter asked him if he still want to move 3 months and half after he created the Ticket, so the answer is YES, go finish my friend ticket GMSP, my friend apply to the rules in the time his ticket was created, AND APPLIED FOR 3 MONTHS AND HALF AFTER IT til yesterday when you changed the rules just to not let him Exchange.
Not our fault if you dont solve tickets in time.
