From what I understand his friend asked for a migration 4 months ago. AT THAT TIME, he followed all the requirements and it was allowed. Now the customer service being crappy as it is, took them 3 months to reply to his ticket and asked if he wanted to transfer still and he said yes. I found it quit funny that he needed another ticket opened instead of just staying on that ticket and doing it after he said yes. Now he is saying he can't do it and changed his mind.
He followed all the rules of migration at that time and it was legal but now he is being punished for their lack of customer service in taking so long that there are new rules up.
