As it is now, killing a stone and then having to run across the map to kill a person and then go back to the next stone is kind of ridiculous. If you could get 500WP from stones, and 500 from players to get max, make them independent of each other. So a person can go get their WP breaking stones and then go get player WP or vice-versa. But if your objective was to slow war down considerably, GZ you win the "annoyingly long, drawn-out war" award.
Also, why the 30 second cooldown between buffs? A priest Z's someone and that person has to stand there for 30 seconds to get SFD...waste of time. People can't abuse it by spamming buffs on 1 person so this delay is pointless.
