Ping for go-dronline, .my, int, newraja etc. has always been between 150 and 300 for me and I could play just fine. Just because the number seems bigger then the rest, dont get excited cuz you think you will have a very bad connection whilst you havnt even played on the ip yet

if you ping the ip ang get 200 for example, theres no way ingame you will get less than that. probably more, due to actual server lag.

there's no discution that someone with 200+ ms will have a disdvantage ingame.

try to play CS with 250ms and check how many hits you got.

You are going to EX this guy, than you run in the right position to get a full EX, you click on the guy and 250ms later the server receives the info that you casted the EX in that position. But in those 250ms it is almost sure that the guy already moved, but you didn't even see it in your screen yet. So you don't know why, but it wasn't a full EX.
The same happens in the other way.

That makes the PVP be kind of luck based, with thieves running everywhere with autoclick and trying to double EX non stop, looking for a lucky shot. Thats what happens.

250 ms is a VERY big time for a game that is as fast as DR. It makes no diference in games like WOW because it's a totally diferent kind of gameplay.

I'm surprised with how many people got good pings (below 100). Guess we have a lot of europeans players, uh.

ol yeah so true and sad but if its server based and you lag it might just be worst. Dark eden it was server based, if you lag, you can't move at all and it takes awhile for your skills to cast.

Montana, you cannot compare a ping to a webserver to an online shooter and let alone a MMORPG. all kinds of games ahve different network protocols, pinging doesnt mean a whole lot and youll just have to play in order to see.

Other side, europeans have always had the disadvantage you speak of, yet not many complaints come in. now they want to host the server in europe, you go and complain that you will experience lag. i say: live with it, they cannot satisfy everyone.

im not asking to change. i'm just complaining that it will suck as always did. i never played DR with good ping cause i live in BR.

usa and i got pretty much the same thing he got. The 2nd seems about 50ms higher but not much.

Stop bitching over 200-300ms thats not bad seeing as we are all spread across the world lets give them a break. They cant buy a server for each country even tho i'm sure most people would like that.

200-300 isnt a problem in rpgs maybe in a fps but last time i checked i didnt see nade spam in raja.

you do know that it takes 1000 ms to make 1 second. So its going to take 1/4 a seond befor the damage shows up. I dont know about you but that is fast. Unless your super human you cant tell the difference between 100ms and 250.
