You are going to EX this guy, than you run in the right position to get a full EX, you click on the guy and 250ms later the server receives the info that you casted the EX in that position. But in those 250ms it is almost sure that the guy already moved, but you didn't even see it in your screen yet. So you don't know why, but it wasn't a full EX.
The same happens in the other way.
That makes the PVP be kind of luck based, with thieves running everywhere with autoclick and trying to double EX non stop, looking for a lucky shot. Thats what happens.
250 ms is a VERY big time for a game that is as fast as DR. It makes no diference in games like WOW because it's a totally diferent kind of gameplay.
I'm surprised with how many people got good pings (below 100). Guess we have a lot of europeans players, uh.
