From what I was told, it was the asian players who were doing abyss and they had no idea what was going on.
I wasn't in the quest. It wasn't my loss. I'm arguing on behalf of those players who either don't use the forum or don't speak english well enough to be taken seriously by this community. They have come to me and asked for help so I would like to make this community better suited for ALL players, not just those who are able to easily communicate with the GMs.
What I want out of the GMs is to be more aware of the scope of their community and be more reliant on themselves to provide proper service instead of relying on the community to tell them things they should already know (such as quest times).
Then you can do so without fanning the flames of ZT favoritism charges. I am not unreasonable, if you had simply said it like this then I would have appreciated it. When we are able to control emergency reboots, we will make sure quests aren't canceled because of it. However, if it truly is an emergency reboot that needs a reboot right away, then we can't help but to do it. And language barrier is not something we can deal with. I'm sorry to say, but none of us speak Chinese.
