Everyone has tickets unsolved. I think the GMs should do the transfer for him though, cause that ticket was made before the rules changed. And btw, I'd like to see all of those characters that he listed that're gonna "quit", not show up at BM tomorrow. I guarantee you a few of them will show up. They never quit. I remember them making a topic like this a few months ago. Apparently a good bit of AV was gonna quit. Did that happen?...Nope!

Yeah, everyone has unsolved tickets I imagine. The other staff members need to start pulling their own weight and helping Jill with the tickets, I would guess. I also agree that they should x-fer him after saying they would in the first place.

I don't think they will quit, either. Almost all the characters he lists like 4 most of them belong to like 3 people on different accounts or less

Yes Jarlaxle, I came up with this quitting history because my friend need our help. His ticket was replied with this:

TICKET #981354
Wed, Feb 15 2012 2:01am - staff
Dear Player,

Is this transfer still wanted?

If yes, please re-open this ticket.

Regards

-the Sign Painter

So if my friend still wanted to migrate in exchange for a non-played priest as RKCK it was possible, but when Breton a d3 thief want to exchange with my friend cannot and they start talking alot of crap, if Breton gonna play or not blah blah blah. Not the point. This was a exchange stated and allowed on rules, my friend applied before anything change and he deserve to be exchanged as ReturnFighter did. You can go check wich char ReturnFighter used to be able to go play in Zypern, I bet is an unactive Vyseus char right now.
But yes, they allow people go to zyp from vys, but not to Yllse even when the Yllsean involved is higher dual than my friend.
This show more than an unactive support desk, this show some other interest ingame. While I seen GMSignPainter playing on his char OmegaSage on every war and dungeon, I realize he dont take this server serious and while he dont take this as an obligation nothing will change. My fathers teached me I must do my obligations first, then play. Seems Eleval´s dads dont teached him the same.

Did your fathers team teach you about cheating/hacking inside game? Perhaps someone else told you how to do it.

Its really funny, a cheater/scammer asking a GM to follow the rules!!!! huehueheueheheu

So this isnt an obligation for you? Seems you making money and playing also here, so dont give as excuse you dont have time to solve tickets, if you prefer to play before sit and solve your players tickets... You are the main GM and you self-check tickets just when you feel like you want to do it, we are lost.
Thats why this server have NO advertice, NO propaganda, NO website, NO support... Professionalism mean you take it as an obligation.
While you do things unprofessional and you negate to solve tickets like my friend´s one.. You answered him 3 months after he created his ticket... and ddnt even give an apology, its ok, so go move his character like you HAD to be done IN TIME, and stop messing with us.

You must face the fact that you are solely responsible for not solving the tickets on time. Now the best thing you could do is act like a person who takes your commitment and resolve without saying more nonsense things.
Your work in real life is a matter of you, and we arent going to get involved.
Here you have to accept that your work has not been fulfilled in a timely manner, and this must be done before any rule change. So now you better start doing Your job and do not answer to us because theres no excuse, you have no moral authority to say something if all the task you should have done still without be solved.
Here the fault is all yours.

And you must face my ban hammer cause I'm seriously pissed off your attitude. I will handle breton's case myself cause at least he has been a bit nicer than you. You, you kept acting as a crying child who couldn't get his candy. Can't you understand other people have other things to do and they need to get fun time to time? Stop being selfish and calling this unprofessionalism.
Now cya for 1 week.

Hi GMSignPainter, Im LordAres. You banned my friend because hes saying the truth, you let me waiting more than 3 months without be able to move.
You just said "People Have Other Things to Do and They need to Get Fun Time to Time".
Well at my side to view the things you had 3 months and 10 days doing some FUN.
Please move my character because I still Waiting. Thanks.
*And I have other thing to say, if you dont solve ur job (because its ur job) in time, people have full rights to think you arent professional.
Regards.
LordAres

*PD: you want someone to be nice with you when the fact is you forced me find some other player to exchange with, and if you check my old tickets this is happening all time:
I request exchange, you took 3 months to solve it, I lose the chance because the other player involved dont want to move anymore, and so on. NeverEnding Story.
*You check it yourself:
1st Ticket #867236 created 05/09/2011 4:10 pm
2nd Ticket #313482 created 09/17/2011 8:33 pm
3rd Ticket #981354 created 11/05/2011 12:18 am

In 2 months will be already 1 Year that I want to go YLLSE. Do you think I will be happy with you?

I banned him because of his childish attitude.
Now please stop making stupid topics about it, it won't make anything faster. I'm just too busy atm.
