I think change nation should never be allowed since this game have a history and becoz is not fair u join in the nation that win more wars and after get tons of dual fame/fame u exchange to another nation, but u GMs alowed this, then i dont see reason to dont transfer this guy.

Just transfer he and stop this please.

wich advantage, LordAres was ready for exchange when it was allowed, GMSP replied asked him via ticket if he still want to move, found breton for it and thats all, should be migrated. Why need ask so much? Breton got 2 players ready to play in vys, owner and handgun.
The fact is GM took near 3 months and half to reply LordAres Ticket, and asked to my friend if he still want to move, Garlikx dont wanted to move his alt priest to exchange with my friend at all, alot time has passed and garlik found some player to play in yllse with his priest, so my friend had to find other player to migrate. Found a d3 thief in yllse that want to do it (BRETON) so dont see any reason to keep asking and asking without reason, since this was GMs fault.. not hard to sort tickets by relevance and solve migrations/exchanges that took 2 minutes to do; but this taked 3 months and half already.

Sounds to me like you just want LordAres in Yllse so you can use his character as well. How many characters do you play on? 10? LordAres was created in Yllse, so why did he move nations in the first place?

This does not balance the nations, which is the sole purpose of nation transfers. At least for Kid and I, we will actively play and fight for our nation to win the wars. Breton currently doesn't even join Yllse wars, let alone him joining Vyseus wars.
