wiz already can survive alot, run invi with the highest movp ingame+ most high dmg dealed ingame+being the class who have the possibility of killing many people at same time, why would you have a buff on wizards? a good wiz with 1 g9 ac item d4+ can survive to anyones ex ingame if they use agility/ac candle.
You need stop asking any buff for each class. Just need open D5 with full stats, then as wizard I dare to say you wont even need to use any candle to survive to a single ex.
How can balance any class if the 90% of people doesnt have full tactics/max level/max rares. Theres no D5 opened how to have any idea of how gonna PVP result when everyone d5?
Better for GM fix all bugs around and wait til everyone D5, even GMs never played D5 character how they gonna know wich thing can be modified without unbalance things.

Best thing is to use Smart rares + Agility candle to get over the G10 limit. This way you're unkillable, even stroke candle have no effect

It doesn't. Agility candle still works against stroke, as ridiculous as it sounds. Imo it sounds more like a bug than a feature since Stroke is supposed to provide the player with 100% accuracy.
