A cap is a 'maximum'. So, if I'm say a level 90 Thief, my tactic 'cap' is 100.

also, ive nvred actually seen a diablo with my own eyes, but ive seen picture from info site, and even from NR's official site itself, along with other unused monsters

wanna make priests more dependent of they TTs? change the calculation of dmg that LD use.. instead of only using how much con you have use a % of your con + % of your TT

then every class would have a good reason to aways lvl theyr TTs and with TT cap they should also need to lvl up

i voted yes and i fully agree with shayne's post, about the caps itself, i dont think that u need to be 150 to get max tt tho, d4 for max tt seems better to me, else there will hardly be any ppl with max tt or max lvl :/

lb hv always been more beneficial to thiefs cuz they're always the ones stealing lb's
