I voted Yes, because this suggestion is great for the entire game.
So far, knowledgeable players and those who have played in more than one server or have gotten past CC have been doing the following:

All wizards/some thieves/some warirors head to Venom Dungeon 1 after getting a starcrest and stay there spamming 5 Tile lightning/multi ice/boom or exlight with a good tank that has smart until they acquire max tt.

all archers/some thieves/some warriors head to Dark bear after CC + in West Glade to constantly kill dark bears because that is the best TT for them (as a result of the high LAST BLOW Experience). They stay there with a tank until max tt.

Most priests are never interested in raising their TT past 11x and therefore are immune to this suggestion.
This is quite disappointing, when you think about all the monsters that are beyond Venom Dungeon and Dark bear. It is even rare to find parties at cyclops (because of its irregular teleporting and Flamewave spell) and even more rare to find anyone leveling at Succubus/Dragon ..w.e u call it unless the pit is editted (previous server) or the pit in Zypern with mutliple Dragons(which should be removed). And you almost never see anyone level at balroc or Petal skeleton or Venom Dungeon 2 or Venom dungeon 3 (except for the fact that the gazer room in venom dungeon 3 has no timer which allowed for afk lvling in the previous server.. which should also be fixed). DR has so much more to experience after Dual class. It's a shame we havent experienced it at all yet.
With this suggestion we would :

be forced to learn and experience leveling at pits such as Venom Dungeon 2/ Venom Dungeon 3/ Cyclops/ Petal Skeleton/Succubus/ Balroc.

finally experience a part of the game that has been pushed aside

level the playing field between those who choose to stay CC to get their TTs since its faster...but can't defend themselves against the D2 D3 priests/wizards that don't need as much TT or gain TT much faster.

encourage players to advance dual classes and perform the quests/ hunt secrets/ join war for fame in order to gain more tt as a privelege. This would cause both great aspects of the game to be combined and encouraged (lvling your TTs and leveling your char/dualclassing)
The reason people don't level at these mobs is simple. The experience gained from the Last Blow of higher monsters in comparison to your level, and the rate at which a party can kill those higher mobs, topped off with the slower respawn rates and annoying spawns of those mini boss monsters proves that it is NOT WORTH It to level there at all. Which leads me to a suggestion of my own:

Increase the last blow exp given from higher mobs such as Cyclops/Petal Skeleton/Succubus/Balroc/Venom Dungeon 2 and 3 Monsters in proportion so that it becomes the "smart" choice to NOT stay at DB/VD and to move on in order to get the best TTs. This would force players to continue to advance through mobs, while at the same time making leveling less boring.
