archer even more powerful
just use full distance then ac drop
after ac drop other ppl hit u dmg also will increase
even magic hit u

this totally no skill
and ruin this game

i don't know y GM change this setting and no ask more opinion from the players
or u can start a testing week then change it!

now, i believe what kador said the original dr setting is really good
gm u can change this setting to ac drop effect just happen or work on the ppl who use this skill
other ppl cannnot increase the dmg
anyway, maybe it is too late

i can't imagine what will happen when dc5 open
and this setting really shxt setting

who can suggest me some good private server??
i want try other server and enjoy the original dr!


priest and wizard isn't designed to use shield and sword in ORIGINAL SETTING

so please ;s

to bad that the original game never thought of a way to make staff worth using, they just drop it there and say hey they share the stats with spell so priest and wiz will use them even when they are useless to them :lol:

later on i will post an idea to improve this in the suggestion forum.

make staff spell for priest that also drop ac, and if priest/wiz remove staff then skill is disabled... so it will encourage priest/wiz to use ac drop also.. and quit parrying :D

Why would you give to everyone a skill that was designed for archers only at first? '-_-
It's already very nice Warrior got it as well now.

i was thinking in a spell that suport the use of them and if posible olso suport more variants of builds, as an example.

priest
"insert fancy name"
self cast only
duration: same as sfd
requiere 241 wis 133 ps
effect: apply sfd, increase physical damage (more than pray) prevent the use of offensive spells


"insert fancy name v2"
self cast only
requiremenst: 351 wis 183 ps
effect:aply lethys with better physical/magic def bonus, increase damage (more than the one before) prevent the use of offensive spells.


wiz
"insert fancy name"
self cast only
duration 15 seconds
requirements: staff, 100 int 50 ws, this skill will override enchant weapon or pray.
effect: next hit will add 1% to physical damage for every 2 points into int stat

to make it clear, if the wiz has 600 int and cast this skill next staff attack will have an increase of 300%

There are some points right, in mass pking now requiring less skill
we cannot count the dmg, thank by the ac drop skill
and physical att class (theif, archer and warrior become more powerful, coz there att cannnot be reduced )
and spell class(wiz and priest become less powerful)
because no protection spell can protect u from the ac drop and pespi
and even can't remove it!

Iceshield can protect you from Pepsi.

Including Mages iceshield ;) (Y)

I do believe that AC drop needs a way to remove it. Gives some type of counter besides AC candles.

For archers and wizards the price for blocking pepsi is way too high. You sacrifice your survivability for it and become vulnerable to all other curses. (Y)
Basically, blocking pepsi is only efficient on thieves, who are one of the 2 classes to use it in the first place...

Just let the priest D1 spell remove and RemoveCurse remove the AC debuff. That is more than enough of a counter ^o^

I agree with Firestyle, AC drop as any other curse spell should be removed by priest/wiz spells.
The damage dealed by this skill need to be nerfed also.

Overall, we need to nerf damage. The damage output is way to high.
