It's planned but not done yet (that's why I said the changelog might change before the maintenance), but it won't be the same values as the one which are currently metioned cause I find them too high to be honest. I will do some tests and find a proper value to keep things balanced.

So, 25 Ac reduction is the max u can get at level 3 with 5 stacks? and 100% complete Sanctuary reduction?

Try to make converting arrow faster, 5 hits with an slow arrow its close to imposible.

In my opinion archers will continue useless, with a new mule team work. In the other side 2 hands warriors ( they dont have shield) will have much more power and they will not lose AC because they dont use shield.

critical rare was disabled due to its over powered effect,not only in this server,other servers did the same.

Last time we post about critical rares, Gms said they will try to fix this bug in the next patch.
There are 2 things unbalance on this server: Warriors and priest. Perhaps they should disable those classes.

Most commonly used DS Shield is 34ac and d3 warrior shield is 41ac... at lvl3 the ac debuff could perhaps drop 40ac and require dual 3, lvl2 ac drop dual2 and 30 and lvl1 dual1 and 20ac.
When increasing damage for higher lvl extreme fire/ice, archer increase should be higher to compensate lack of defence and additionally make them feared class to others.
Also you could make AC drop and stun exclusively for 2hand weapons balancing it a bit so you can drop ac only when not wearing a shield.... it additionally encourages usage of 2h weapons.
Warriors being able to pepsi+ac drop+poison with having a shield seems pretty f*** imba to me.

Warrior stun will definetly need somesort of cooldown effect since otherwise he could keep stunning until he is out of cp (with high cha 1hour?) when same time there is no way to counter this.
Eventually in a team battle it will make killing archers too damn easy whos only survival comes from their ability to move around and dodge the hits

But lets see how the canges go...now itfeels i will keep playing thief.

it's + to male warrior but not fencer...

rose dmg = 60-67% dmg, db att = 80-89% dmg

x ice is already increase 20% dmg ... still wan higher?

lets c how the things goes.

Where are you taking that xice is 20% increase already??
Rose hits total 200% (3x67), Double hits178% (2x89) but you have to consider that 3rd rose charge is 3x100% (300%)
Also Fencing base damage higher than 1h weapons. Comparing Fencing sword to other weapons... at d3
1h sword 217 damage.
Piercing 235 damage but when laser, no significant spell reduction (compared to 1h mace and 1h sword)
Fencing 255 damage.
Double Sword 275damage
Double axe 281 damage
All of them add +14defence
Grapple 244 damage but 120p less requirement to stat points+22 white ac
Looks pretty legit to me-

Just in comparision Archer Bow+Arrow damage at d3 is 269 witch is less than most 2h weapons

I made 23420347 suggestions during more than 1 year. Many people including you did the same. Tomorrow a new "balance" will arribe without a proper explanation and without considering ANY of those suggestions. How can i be constructive? The best i can do is to say : +1 if you fix bugs, -48 for this new balance. The only diference with the actual balance is that SS characters will be useless now. How many SS are? who wants to finish them? the answer is simple, the one who decide what changes should be done .
