Ok, will answer your question.
It's a bad idea mainly because you have some players which live together and therfor have the same IP.
Also, some players, mostly those in Vyseus I'd say need log one buffer because Vyseus lack of people joining the war.
But I agree that loging a char of another nation just to read the war chat is lame.

Well, we agree at 1 point , so the new suggestion should be : " if someone open 2 or more chars from diferent nations at war time, those characters should not be able to read the war chat"
If many people plays in the same house, will not have problems for fair play.

Its ok this suggestion?

I log 2 toons for war. 1 priest for buffs/ress/hand stone and my thief, and only because we don't have many priests in war. Sometimes my priest is the only priest.

As far as making it so 1 person cant open 2 toons during war, that seems like a pretty big programming fix. Doubt it will happen. I don't know about Yllse, but I know Zyp has very few people in war, mostly only 1 guild joins war to actually fight. The others in zyp only join(rarely) to use hands, so there is not much war chat. Mostly guild chat, because I don't care if you die while hitting a Vys stone when everyone else is fighting Yllse.

Overall this is a pretty silly thing to argue about.

so, because of low population people should use more than 1 char at same time? looks like a manipulation to war escense.

Altought I disagree on allowing only 1 IP per Char at war, I'v seem that quite often by the time i was playing lol.
Me as Priest, had some problems giving coords (thats why i chose some geng players to party) and you can't deny that people (no matter the nation) do that.

Well... I don't think you may find a good enought solution for this. I just know that allowing 1 IP per char is one of the worst.
