Also make it a Customer Relationship GM. He should listen to players and make this connection (to make him busy between an event and other...)

I disagree.
GMSignPainter has worked hard on Monster War.
GMTempest hosted an event.
I've been solving tickets and been making some changes to local war (which hopefully you'll be seeing this or next week).

Thanks about telling us about the index page, that is indeed confusing for (new) players. For now I've added an update to it, as soon as there is a new 'Server News' post the index will change as well.

Then, GMPhalanx, please help my friend GamEKinG restore his Wizard Legend G8 MagicStay hat!!
He already lose this hat and waiting more than 2 month!

What are you working on?
What will you do after that?
Have you been REALLY checking the suggestion forum?
What are the currently Plans for the future?

Your reply makes it clear you have no idea what kind of effort it takes to do these kind of things. Beside that, I'd advise you to read better, quit exaggerating and write in a polite manner (to everyone).

I have one last question: Who are the active GMs?

There's:
GMPhalanx: Support GM. Occasional coder.
GMSignpainter: Primarily a coder. Secondary job is support (I.E, nation transfers)
GMNyx: Primarily a coder. Helps with support occasionally.
GMSpherix: Site related activities. Management.
Me: Events. Secondary job support (Harassment primarily) and scripting.

Though I'm not sure if my definition of active fits with yours. The above is the entire team and all of us are fit to periods of inactivity. Some more so than others.

Inactive GMs are: Signbreaker and Cymru. Both were community GMs who 'disappeared'. They may or may not make an re-appearance.


And also thanks for the offers to help with events. We're not sure if we will hire internally or externally yet. Most likely the former, due to trust issues.
