Item drop question

To Whom It May Concern,

Would like to know how long would it takes for GM-team to return item drop due to full bag? Coz my friend experiencing something special... On BM 10th September 2011, my friend picked up a rare Gx on the floor... Not more then a week GM send a mail in game saying the item hv been removed and returned to the owner (no ppl is around there when my friend picked up the rare)... I would like to make a wild guess that there are still some player have been waiting for few weeks or even few month that their item drop due to full bag haven't been resolved... Correct me if I'm wrong....
(GM said item drop due to full bag falls under inventory bug on that mail...) Is it true for that statement?
Jus curious to understand more on how is thing been arrange to settle ticketing... By date? By character? Or by case? (different cases different length of time to be settle?)

I have a friend lose a LG hat (by change set bug) already more than 2 month!
Ticket didn't solve yet!

That's y the question pop up in my mind... Item drop due to full bag should be in the same category but a 2 mths old ticket haven't been resolve... How come a 6 days ticket has already been resolved?

No hard feelings to the GM-team but it seems like double standard of action (on ticketing) issue.

Pegasus drop a G8 br dagger like half year ago

and still didnt get back

but no problem with that, he havent logon game more than that

if u urgent to get the item back like g8g9 or double rare, u can try whisper or find the gm in facebook/twitter, i think got exceptional (Y)

Wrong, please check your facts. I've restored his item 2 weeks ago. Also his ticket was made on the 14th of July and although I agree that he had to wait for too long, it wasn't even close to a half year, please refrain from exaggeration.

No, tickets are mostly solved by date with some exceptional cases that demand immediate attention (such as hacking).

Just because your friend didn't see any one around when he picked up the rare doesn't mean that there was no one who lost that rare due to a full inventory. Also this rare was a G5 or higher, which does not drop from monsters, so your friend could have known some one else lost it. Besides that our logs also show that the owner lost the item due to a full inventory.

Yes, this is true. We feel that it is unfair that a player would lose, say, a G8 rare (which he has probably worked on for many hours) because the player was switching equipment and it dropped due full inventory and then another player picks it up. Hence we restore these items.

Mostly by date. But currently most of the tickets that are still lying around now are assigned to GMSignPainter.
