What GM Team can do or are doing to try recruit new members?

not at all, many new players never played DR and dont have people who talk same language, same level, same server time to play...
Alot of circunstances that made low levels feel lonely. Need attract alot of new players and boost them to can play in same line with high lvls.

Long time ago i sugest a notice to work in all nations. Doing this a neeb from yllse can do party with vys/zyp more easy coz sometimes what hapen is that ppla A creat a warrior in ylllse, another ppl create a wizard in zyp and de ppl C create a priest on vys.

If A B C can see that they are of same level then they can make party in neutral map and go high.

Actually i have to log a priest dc1 to tank in orcs/muginas/trolls to help low levels of yllse. Without this they pbbly quit.

maybe edit a natural map spawn full low lv monster so that all 3 nations noobs can party together.
