forgot password system not working!

Hi GM, i am old player from 2 years ago. I forgot my Id and password, but i type my email to find back my username, and it goes to a white screen page, and didn't send me anything. What's happen?

it doesnt work, which i click sumbit, it jumps to white screen and say nothing and i check the email, it doesnt sent any mail!

As said by miatatu, this server isn't 2 years old.
