The level of skill you people display in the English language just astounds me sometimes.

The question I have regarding this topic to the GM team is:
What if the person manages to sell the item that they looted which was dropped due to a bug? What happens to the transferred RE?

Lets say Player A loots the G8 BR dagger from Player B and then sells it to Player C for xxxxx RE. When the GMs take the item from Player C and returns it to Player A, will the RE used to buy the item be transferred from Player B back to Player C as well or will it remain on Player B? I have never dealt with such a case personally before, but I'd like to know.

can happend 2 things, GM delete the RE that the person receipt in exchange for the item looted and dupe the item so u have 2 happy person the one that lose the item and the one that bought it.
Or second is rollback every trade as if the item never was dropped on floor.

As far as I know, if you report it early we'll take responsibility to revert the trades. However, if you report it very late, like a year later and ask for it back, it probably won't happen. This applies to all cases.
