any credibility you might have had with your post went straight out the window with the comment above, now to the facts:

Ive monitored your connection (and the closest router you are connected to) to the server for some time from our server, 1 in malaysia, kuala lumpur and 1 in singapore. your ISP has had pretty good connection overall to our gaming server. some packet loss and lag but thats not constant nor does it last long periods of time.

From our server average round trip time for a max sized packet
~289ms

From kuala lumpur
~20ms

From singapore
~37ms

but now to the funny thing, the moment you have had problems to our european gaming server you get massive round trip time and packet loss problems to kuala lumpur and singapore servers as well. indicating that if theres no problems with your own adsl such as high speed downloads then theres a traffic problem at your nearest dslam.

Packet loss along kuala lumpur server <--> you, was approximately 13% when your connection spiked with our gaming server

Equinix Asia Pacific (sgw.equinix.com), Singapore shares this problem with the router that connects you, to us. What do you suggest us to do to this when your connection has problems within your region and within your OWN country???

Conclusion: most of the time connection is above average and playable
