Stuck in training between the bushes

My cosin has a problem continuing after the training. He is stuck in some area between the bushes. Can't continue and can't see it's character. His account name is Nickwr3 and the character hes stuck with is called Aluvian.

I hope someone knows what I'm talking about and if it's solveable =/
