Sorry, I don't really understand the problem:

Are you saying it should be listed alphabetically? (I believe right now its by chronological order, first-come-first-serve style)
Or that actually exp at lvl 150 should batter? (I.E, level 150 with 100% is above lvl 150 with 0%)

i think the top 1 shoud have max tts in every weapon and jobs... should be decided by that
