if it is that easy to solve a ticket...
y we got to wait for weeks or months to get just a reply?

GMs Should notice their players about WHY did solved Elmaa`s issues before solve all those tickets waiting for long time.

its always the same.every server gm friends are beneficiated.last war Elmaa joined war with nk and when got dead he drop his g6 armor.if he drop is not stolen but he gone cry to gm frind and guess what hapen...only one day passed and gm took his g6 from the one who took it from GROUND and gave back to Elmaa.i just can say good job gm.normal ppl must wait about 1 month for reply ticket but gm friend get his problem solved imediatly.thats nice.can i be you friend gm?please or give or email or phone number like you do with some ppl

Answer i got from them when i dropped after having an accident at the market.
Dear Player,

Since you have PK'ed another player (accidentally or not) you have gained N=
K and were killed while having that; as result you lost your items. This is=
a part of the game and if you have been doing things by accident and even =
alt-tabbing out of the game I suggest you are more careful with your action=
s.

Since the other player has obtained the items in a legit way they will not =
be restored to you.

I guess GM friends NK is usually bug and the rest of us have regular NK.

I was the one who proposed to restore the items since it was an exceptional case. End of whining.
