To GM team..Migrations are closed?

I have 2 friends that decided to change the nation of their characters to try get motivated, then they both asked to GM team to move LordAres to Yllse and Alexis to zypern in a fair exchange, they are guildless and both have 750 RE in bag but a week passed and still without get moved. Whats going on, there are alot of tickets or something that make GMs being busy? this is something that shoulnt take more than 1 minute to do, isnt a complain juz i want to put myself at GM team`s side to try stend whats happening i just dont want another dr private server going to the hell just remember our community deserve full dedication we are bored of 1 server close after other without get really a good server what will come after this, a wipe?
I just cant stend why tickets taking long as this, tell me if im wrong but at old malay server they took 1-3 days max to reply their customers and there where around 10k active players..

thats same what i talking about in this topic viewtopic.php?f=13&t=7917 ... im waiting for transfer Liz like month already, but now someone will read it and check "o no1 for exchange with liz.." so for sure it will happened becouse in 1 month many ppl going to get pissed and change mind with waiting this time and i think its the point what they find for dont migrate Liz there...

As I said this isnt a complain this is just like I see it. Need promove the server, announce it in different good places paying for it, send emails to old players and new players to keep them updated with some news about how its going our server.. Maybe our developers should work on a new system like i seen in some mmorpgs where they can choose different servers to log their chars then maybe you can host server in 3 different places to benefit players that have alot of lag.. maybe u can host a server in europe other in south america and other in asia and all data get finnaly saved in same place then.. who knows maybe im dreaming.... but if u fix lag problem for asian im sure u can get more than 1 k of players here and that gonna be awesome. Lag make players quit, lack of players or unable to find low lvl players to lvl with also make ppl quit... But the most important thing that made our players quit is lack of full service to solve people`s issues its the time of GMs to finnaly work hard on this.

well, trasnsfers are done by GMs that play the game since they know the balance of power. Our dev GMs cant really help with that.

Other support tickets should go smoother from now on

well you know u been a dr player and as it you had to mess with this also.... but in that time the fact was you solved it at ur way.. hehe

Anyway would be nice if GM team get active and solve players problems and not only that, you are there to make players happy and try attract them to play here so you should heard what ppl wants and try satisfy them.

@ to GMNyx > They are asking for an exchange and it doesnt change Nation Balance, this just give us back 2 more players to the server.
