being cc+ is not mandatory to start pk, around lv 20 all character already have some sort of damage spell/skill to start pking, sure not as good as fb or extremes but still good for the job, back to the first dr i play people have fun pking each other with fireball/lighting/circle of flame or any noob skill/spells of the like.

obs.: killing a lvl 17 new player leeching in orcs is not the definition of fun.

when the server just started i did, we had some skirmishis in places like ice dungeon/orcs mostly our party defending from other partys that whant the place to.
if you are refering to pvp en pvp zones then no becouse i was never on during snow wars and olso becouse most people have that mentality that if the server is high rate then everything below cc is pointless.

i dont realy get wich is the point of this question? getting kiled by a bored d3 while leeching in vd1 isnt fun either.
or your question was refered as if i like to pk noobs?
in wich case is a big no, most of low lv pvp i had was defending my pt from people of similar lvs.

Low or High rate....Doesn't really matter if the server has enough events to keep their players busy and engaged with the game.

The fun is in all lvls,after lvl 15 for some classes is able to play pk and have a lot of fun. but Is ridiculous kill ppl lvling in any lvl range.

So what about small instances, whit quests involving the dungeons like ice dungeon, fire dungeon, water sungeon for low lvl, rewarding the players with exp and some noob rares,so when they get lvl they at least have some rare on.kill the bosses there.the party to enter has to be compose whit at least a 2 healer a 1 tanker and 3 blasters(mage thief and archer)

Party quests,were you have to have all the party join and solve the quest.

What about randon arena for all lvl...with rewarding for the players...would have more ppl join the arenas like in the other servers. with teams that can be made and the thing just start when have 5 to each side minimun.

Capture the flag arena, defense the tower scenario...would be fun so much fun... think about it,how often this happen?
Castle siege?? heard we have this but when this happen??

But is all about quest and instaces rewarding, no one want to do things that dont give you exp.

Add new maps, new mounts,new monsters,new challenges,new itens,new outfits if possible add new class..
Stay in the same place lvling is the boring thing. '-_-

Pls Bring back the fun ... this is my sugestinon.

i guess everyone whant that but creating new stuff will take them way to much time, that is why i alway try to suggest easy things, for intance:

ice arrow( will override enchant weapon/pray): increase weapon damage by 0.4% per magery lv, damage type cold.
note 1) damage can only be enhanced with: vigor rares,basic ressist,Increase Magic(spell),better bows.

number could be changed but basicaly that change can give new roles and builds options to actual classes.

similar thing could be done to other classes:
priest spells that only work with maces/shield = paladin
priest spells that only work with double maces/sword = zealot or fanatic
priest spells that only work with grapple = monk

not all spells should be about increasing weapon damage, maces/shield skills could increase survival but deny the use of some offensive skills while double mace/sword will greatly improve weapon damage and speed at the cost of loosing sfd and sanctuary.
