You have 5% chance of getting a gold coin, THEN you only have a 5% chance of getting one of the top items.

Plus the fact that there are 4 items in the 5% slot, that means you now have 25% chance of one of those items,

So I'd say about 0.25% chance of getting it.

if u had money for one coin:

5 % chance of getting a gold coin
AND
5 % chance of getting a top tier prize
AND
25% chance to get an specific item

that is: 0,05x0,05x0,25 = 0,000625 = 0,0625% -> the chance to get an specific item in a top tier gold coin, if you have money for only one coin

but since the person has got money for 200 coins , the chance of gettin an specific item in a top tier in a gold coin is
0,0625% x 200 = 12,5%

It seems right to me but might not be. Last time i did any probability math was in college like 4 years ago.
