March 4 GMSpherix did replied some tickets from feb. 24 so he been 8 days solving ticket issues to finnaly reach to my friend ticket. Because of this I know GM team is working on tickets but the thing i cant stend is the order they take on doing it.
I ve seen some people asking for email change get it fixed already but all those who had item issues still waiting for long long days.
I know there are thousand of tickets but, Would be nice if GMs tell us something about how is it going, some GM say that tickets will be replied in order as date when they was created and some GM says ticket related to item issues wont be solved after all accounts with login problem get fixed.

No still here just must wait and hope i can play this year. I know when lost stuff it take alot time, but only to chance a email so i can unlock and play. So i play now WoW to kill the time.

It's pretty sad that this player is very loyal to the server, but not getting any help... He has said in his original post that he can't get the support ticket system to work??? Maybe help this guy out... *cough* GMSignpainter *cough*

GMSignpainter is part of a GMTeam, i know you have something personal with him but there are some other GM that can put his hands to work on this.
