according to the post above, max leechable TT is level+20 so according to this a 105lvl max leechable TT is to 125??

the problem is i 105 lvl and TT is 121 but i cant seem to leech TT from people. i can leech exp n magery but not tt..
is my calculation wrong?

You need to be dealing damage constantly to leech. This prevents AFK TT leeching ( though I'm not sure if it is an intended feature or a bug ).

So in other words when as archer i pt and leave exp on spell i wont get anything more than 100 if im not using magic to attack?

Yep and you need at least 101 TT to leech in the first place. So 100->101 you're on your own
