"Divine Earthquake"/"Divine Power of Land"/"HolyPowerCounterActionOfHaiti"( suggestions welcome for more&better possible names ) - Shakes the ground heavily in a 12 tile radius for a period of time. People who move into the area will be automatically keep getting slowed for short durations until they leave the area.
Notes not mentioned in spell description in game:
*Your screen will start shaking heavily in the target area ( like a wizard or maybe 2 wizards using 5 tile lightning ) and you CAN'T turn it off with /effect off. Will make it harder to see/target. The shaking will affect both allies and enemies.
*The slow works in any condition and penetrates all defensive spells except for Complete Sanctuary. The slow effect will only affect enemies.
*The earthquake's duration depends on the priest's orison.
Please provide at least somewhat constructive feed back whether you think my idea sucks or makes sense or if you perhaps have ideas on how to improve it ( would be appreciated the most ). I won't reply to "+1/-1" etc...
