A question about sc

today i brought 2 lvl 1 sc which + sucess rate to lvl up
then i got a lvl 2 sc which + ac
that means wtever i bring wt nature's sc go, finally i will get ac sc?

My understanding is that you

Brought (2) 'Level 1' Accurate Star Crest,
Turned it in to upgrade it to 'Level 2',
Received (1) 'Level 2' AC Star Crest

So, I believe the question is, will you receive AC Star Crest everytime? Is it possible to Upgrade Accurate Star Crest?

From the upgrade quest, you will always get a AC Starcrest, even if you give two Accurate Starcrests.
