LOL ... those so called dedicated GM will reply to zyp acc really fast ... but not vys & yls.

It's quite annoying and frust when you send the ticket and wait wait wait and wait.... yet still no reply. The GM team should have set an auto reply saying "dear value customer, the GM team will respond to your ticket soonest as possible (or maybe mention within how many day". Thank you for your patience. And what do you mean by reply to acc in Zyp? I from Zyp and waited for 2 moths plus on my case and didn't even solve, is this call fast? Jgn nak jadi macam orang lain nagis takde bukti nak tuduh kita orang zyp ada orang tolong.

Dont worry we will have semi-dedicated ticket solver in the team now. Should go tad more smoothly :mrgreen:

Um... if Cymru is your definition of "dedicated" then a semi-dedicated ticket solver is something people should worry about. It takes cymru like a month to reply to something on the forums? Semi-dedicated means 2 month to reply to a ticket?
