Priest ''guide'' requested

i have read the priest guide that has been sticky'd already. but i still didnt figure out the following....

Where / How is a priest supposed to level up efficiently?
at higher levels i will train whirling for life drain, while i usually raise my parry etc (shield+blackjacks)

but now im lvl 36, can anyone list good solo/party spots for me? with lvl / required tactics/skills etc?

Also,
i cant figure out my equipment..
just add WIS/PS till i get <what skill?>
and then add movp/con .... ?
and as for rares: Smart / counter attack / strike ?
no idea what kind of items i should be aiming for.. maybe the mantle of covering ><

You need to do it in a party. Soloing as a priest is very very slow (even if you use your spells). Find any damage dealer (archer/thief/wizard) and tank for them or find a party and tank/heal.

You will leech (put party exp) on weapon until your whirling is level 100 then you will mot likely get lb(last blow) on monsters such as the dark bear in west glade when you're around level 100 to get 101 whirl, you don't really need to level whirl past that.

There 4 types of popular priests leveling builds.
1. Get all spells up to Lethy's Authority by putting WIS/PS then put all your points in CON
2. Get spells until you have full res then put all points into CON until you max CON then put more into WIS/PS. (variations on this build is to get spells until life drain or until chaurisman)
3. Put STR/CON to wear warrior armor and weapons to level parry quickly and ignore WIS/PS
3. Put DEX/MOVP to wear higher knives to level parry quickly
you really don't NEED MOVP before level 101. It's better to have your spells and high HP in my opinion because then you make a better tank. (this is for leveling purposes. If you PVP, you will want some MOVP).

and as for rares: Smart / counter attack / strike ?

Leveling: AC mantle. 2x G4 smart items for tanking.
PvP: AC mantle. AC rares! Strike or counter attack. Evasion is also useful for fighting wiz.
