As it is now, killing a stone and then having to run across the map to kill a person and then go back to the next stone is kind of ridiculous.

So setting up a macro to cast sfd on a char is ok as long as no on finds out? It's not the fastest way to get WP but it takes no effort to set up a macro to cast sfd on 6 different targets throughout the entire war. Even if it's only 1 char, you can cast sfd/z combo a lot in 2 hours.

for running across maps: use war teleports? That saves you 1 trip at least. Still puts the slower characters at a disadvantage though.

Of course that's not ok, but at least it takes abusers a longer time to get it done and more time to be discovered.
Besides that, I'm sure coming up with a system that can't be abused, is fair and fun for all and doable within a certain amount of time is pretty hard. So there will most likely always be flaws.

Last war killing the stones at GG, the war points stopped at 420. I killed atleast 1 stone after that but not receive any war points..then i went to enemy map hoping i could get more but instead of gaining war points i started loosing them and archer dies alot. Attacking the stone did not give any points back (i suppose i received all the 100 points for attacking in GG). This discourages archers to further attack enemy maps.. but most of all, why did the war point stop at 420? im 100% sure i killed 1 stone after that, yet did not receive any points.

You know a priest can SFD right away if he wants to and if he doesn't then he's kind of an ass.
For priests to get PWP for buffing they must wait 30 seconds before casts. Play much recently?

knolly wrote:People can't abuse it by spamming buffs on 1 person so this delay is pointless.

Yes, they can. Switching maps makes you lose your buff, so a priest could cast Z on a player, run to next map together with the player, cast again, run back, cast again, etc.
Yeah..most of the people playing atm aren't quite as interested in being lazy as that would make them appear. It's really easy for a priest to get more PWP than thieves/archers as it is.

Besides that the reward for Z/SFD would need to go down to 1 PWP and that's kinda harsh cause there are not that many players and you can't spam buffs on one person unless you're going to do the aforementioned trick.

Rules aren't just randomly made you know, so you might want to cool it with the remarks (i.e. "pointless", "bla-award"). Besides that, GMs mentioned it will need balancing.

Did you just quote me as saying" bla-award"? You must be an idiot to misquote that badly.

Of course you would have to play to understand what I mean...Love ya LP, but come on now...

I know you haven't played in forever, therefore you have no idea what it's like being a stone-killer and going the entire war with 330 PWP while the priest(when online) that has kept up with you has gained 700-800 from buffing and ressing.

Stupid kiddos, they think kill a stone = 100 WP, so kill 8 stones and get your 800 WP... too bad it's not like this. Last war I did hell of a work and stucked at 450WP, are we "stone-killers" supposed to get punished for doing our job?
