As long as you have the WIS/PS or INT/WS you can cast it EXCEPT for full res. I think on one high rate server they made it so you can't cast reflect curse.

if i have understand right what you have ask then the limit is the cap of wis/ps each class can reach.
this may help you but i am not sure if it updated:

http://dr-int.com/dualclasses.php

olso note that casting spells will overide combat skills and you wont be able to use combat skills for the duration of the spell T_T, not sure if it works the other way around but my guess is that it dosent, at least it didnt last time i try it.

Casting spells will force a wait period on the use of skills. It really depends on the spell. Spells like remove poison, heal, or food have a very very short cooldown. Spells like complete sanctuary, sfd, and attack spells have a very long wait period. USUALLY the wait time will last a little longer than the duration of the spell BUT if you use rares like masking/nature stay, you can make your spell last longer. If you have high enough grade of rares, you'll be able to use skills while the spell is still active.

What I was talking about is that there are a few spells that, even if you have the stats to learn it, you won't be able to lean/cast it. That's mainly full res.

On a side note, if you're planning to make a skill/spell hybrid char, I'm telling you to not put too much time/effort into it. I've already explored most possibilities with priest spells and it's really not worth it. The only situation where it's worth use spells for is remove poison and reflect curse if you're in a dual with a priest (or if you're a f***ing asshat and decide to be a archer/thief that hits stones with ss on).
