No way to Lizard Man

I don't know if it is a real bug but I tried all the ways to this pit of Lizard Man, and there are no way to get there!

theres a teleport pad u can use somewhere in the map

There are four and no way, the last one teleport you to Iramus again.
If you find please show me how.
