Can't log in my account

Now i playing and client crash
When i want to relog it say password not oke??
Some one steal my password??
I send a email to you but don't get a email back and still can't play

I log in my other one name X he standing at bank not on the old place and my 50mil crit horse gone i relog but not get back and look in bank but no horse????

Please make a ticket about this. Remember to include the character name with the missing items.

Ticket system not working with me have send to contact@dragonraja.eu gm give meback email with a question i send back but never get back. So now i use forum.

lost Horse (cost 50kk crit buy it at blacksmith)
char standing ohter place when i relog

Char name Xshadow
when playing client down
I relog and get "ID and/of Password is incorrect. Please re-enter it correctly"
I wait now for some days?

Xshadow was banned for using hack.

As for X I would strongly suggest using the ticket system as tech GMs rarely check forums when doing ticket work. What's the problem with ticket system for you?

I am having the same problem the password is incorrect already I emitted the ticket however it makes days that a reply does not have

So what i think some one hack my account and use them??? i nver hack look log must be last days when i think some use it can you look at ip's or something. i only use it to stay lvl 20 and get TT 100 so why hacking?

And i tell you 1 more time ticket system don't work when i press button new ticket it do nothing if see other ticket i have a forum ban i think some one in this Students House do something to get a IP forum ban 86.84.31.186. see old ticket.

We live in a big student house to big to know all members.
And mastered he don't playing any more one this server and give all his account to others.
we all have now the problem no to enter the website by default.
So we can't make tickets and other stuff.

I never hack (don't know how) i have new char now and doning the same.
why must i cry about a lvl 20 priest??????????????
It's more about some one use the accounts.

But it's more GM's do not alot to help to fix it. (and it's easy to do i think)

But i have new account with a new char so can close this topic
