GM shouldn't care about this thing in first place, coz DR is pk game la,
and i played like 10 Dr server, i dont see any rules beside people hacking then get banned.
but this server brings stupid rule and people pissed off

It tell us how previous server closed down

previous server closed coz of hack la, dupe mainly the reason for server to fuked up. also server attacking, for example Malaysian server was like fully packed with people, and they don't have rules about pking? server going down hill ever since dupe was released
not coz of newb pking or afk lving causing the server close down

Talked about dupe, when .My havent merge with those international server, we didn't even have one cases of dupe or hack. After merged, you all CN and other int players(YES mainly is you all CN) who bring in the dupe and started to make server down hill.
