VD1 is like the best place for wiz to level. But after level 110, when it comes to go to VD2 and after VD3, monsters there have a huge resist of lighting spells. Since 5t lightning is the most (if not only at that level) useful leveling spell, I would suggest to decrease the resist of the monsters in VD2 and VD3. While thieves there don't have any trouble since they do physical damages, us wizards level hell slower since damages are heavily reduced (mostly for Gazer in VD3).

Increase the damage and/or hit frequency of the D2 spell instead.

On a side note: how is a wiz supposed to level in VD3 effectively with the gazers casting divine curse on you? How do you level in VD2 effectively with the sandtraps casting 5tile on you? You would need to use dispell to survive the 5tile from the mobs. Then your mana goes down like crazy and you'd need to repot every few rooms.

That's assuming GMs took out the ability to line level like they said they did. If there's not line leveling, then wiz would be targeted by mobs on respawn.

I already made a post about mage buffing/changing method of leveling and it got ignored. Mage obviously need a buff in this server, now that they can't TT in vd1.

theres worm pit and klattu pit tho so you can avoid these electric monsters. and no your suggestion wasnt ignored but theres been changes in gm team about PR, what we can respond to etc.

I have an idea, make BR rares work on monsters with INCREASED success rate. Like with g10 BR every 2nd or 3rd hit would be BR.
