mages or blasters in most of the game i have play where desing as glass cannons, may be the solution is to nerf dragon scale and pfr but give a buff in mobility and damage

as an example:
dragon scale is reduced to 50% and pfr to 60%
huge increase in mana cost but remove casting from teleport (instant)
create a clone skill of greatest luck but for magic success rate.

whoa...a greatest luck spell that is for spells o_o that sounds like a bit much, maybe make it a new armor spell?
how about a mage armor spell, gives resist all and luck to attacking magic but weapons would basicly rape u :p it would be a spell to use vs mage or in war when u just wanna do some dmg

Anyway I like the idea for lowering magic resistance on war stones.

Up mage hp by 200~500 might be ok, so do the magic resistance for war stone. But if want to increase wiz spell buff dmg or AC i think it's not necessary. In every online game that i'd played, there are none wiz character is good in defence. Wiz already have great nice dmg spell (FW,FB,CF etc.). That's what make wiz have CONS and PROS. If still want to make wiz easy for everything then everyone will be playing wiz.

Again, remove magic resistance of war stone, mobs, Boss would be a good idea. Adding a pot shop at VD also not a bad idea.

Just my opinion ^_^
