Could we have a system/procedure for account exchange?

I voted yes. Because I like to see this happen. I'm currently a thief and like to change my class to play with cuz of the lagness in my end. but thinking about the hard works that I've been through just makes me speechless. so I plan on exchanging my a/c but it's prohibit. I'm thinking that we should make a good system/procedure for account exchange/Transfer like many mmorpg's.

I like to continue playing, I don't want to leave

It can be:
Account <<[Exchange]>> Account
Character >[Transfer]> Other Account

yes because if someone does trade / exchange they are happy and they got a char which = active player and i want to see more active players :O
