i must say i believe it`s Oped based on high rate experience.
what i was used to get >>> 1 ulti = 1 hp or >>>> 2 normal hits = 1 hp
BUT, number wise, both are related to the damage you deal, but, for G5, STRIKE is 173% and DESIRE is 82%.
Why not reduce STRIKE to 82% too?
