Change the "full name" field to "character name" then link the ticket database with the in game database so that when players get a reply to their ticket, it will forward it to the character's in game mail or give a notification of "Admin/GMxxx has replied to ticket #xxxxx. Maybe this is a little far fetched but it would be cool to work the other way around too.

Maybe let players send an in game mail to a char named "DRGSupport". That would automatically open a ticket for the player (so they don't need to visit the webpage). The name would be the name of the char that mailed, subject would be mail subject, mail content for be the content of the then the email would be the email the account was registered with.
