GMNyx has indicated the ToS will be put in on account creation (if I'm not mistaken). All I'm saying is feigning ignorance because you didn't read the TOS will not be accepted. Like Nyx said, what you have suggested is good practice.

wtf is your problem? I said that this issue has been discussed, Nyx agreed to do something about it, and I'm requesting that the thread be locked because no further discussion needs to be made on this subject. As a forum mod you're supposed to keep peace on the forum but by parroting Nyx's words (which we have acknowledged to have read), it's as if you're mocking us and egging us on to keep the debate going. Are you so freaking desperate to get the last word in that you can't even lock the thread as requested?

It's the company's responsibility to provide easy access to such rules though so you can't blame players for not reading/knowing about the ToS. Nowhere does it mention a ToS or any rules at all on the main game website and it's very possible to play DR without a forum account. It's like using the point 1 font at the bottom of the page :/
