I agree with whoever said to limit spear to ice skills only. Now that lightning boom does a lot of damage, even pepsi warriors have a pvp skill. Making double strike + gust a sword/mace/fencing/2h only skill would nerf piercing without really making it useless.

I took that into account. Ice 2h sword... might save your ass against a db but not a wiz in pvp.

That's the sacrifice for having a sexy weapon. Not to mention, it has been suggested before to make ice spells more useful in PVP for wizards. If you took elementals into account, why did you not acknowledge that as a major downside to using piercing?

because no one really uses elemental weapons. Blood lightning is easy enough to dodge with good evasion rares. Fire ele weapons are useful... but again good evasion rares makes the legend G8 force better than the +15 damage ele.

If the other 2h weapons are buffed, grapple should be buffed a bit too and I still want grapple to have claws . This is not an offensive question, but how long would it take to take the glow off D1 fire grapple and add the nonflaming claws to every grapple weapon level 64 and above?

also block piercing to use wind skills isnt a nice option.its ok if sword and mace damage will be rise but dont change on skill.just a sugestion gm why dont add nice effects on each wepon without change damage?if you add effects like hardest/smart/resist all as so on, on each weapon it will make ppl chose others weapons depending on type of effect they have. maybe you can find other way to balance weapons

You have to understand that taking off the glow and add nonflaming claws is still totally new thing. You'd have to design everything from scratch, maybe could use the flaming claws as a model for size and shape, but thats about it. But adding the look isn't that hard, I once changed a lvl 1 bow to have a d1 flaming bow look, took me 5-10 minutes and it was my first time trying it.

My bad I should have written "this is not a rhetorical question"
And I'm still hoping this gets done, grapple warrior needs some visuals ^o^
