I realise you can't modify game files, but I would like to modify something that doesn't even remotely affect gameplay.
I would want to change every map's background music and replace it with the music tracks for example from Heroes of Might and Magic III/IV
I once did this on another server by replacing every map's background music with the matrix battle theme ( my bro played with full sound on at that time and we both loved the matrix soundtrack, so I decided to make him hate it xD )
The bitrate needed to be the same as the original file or it didn't work...

So my question is.. is it allowed to change background music files? If not, there should be an option ingame to add your own background music to the maps.
In before "use winamp/WMP/VLC etc etc noob": I use winamp, but I want each map to have it's own theme which I have set, I do not like the current ones and playing the tracks in a media player doesn't give the desired effect.

Changing sounds never caused problems for me in the past, but I will keep everything in it's normal state anyway since I play mostly with sound off .

Anyway please clarify about beta clients aswell then ( I am still using the client from Open Beta ) and the "Character" folder creation for fixing spell memorization. If I have an error due to using the beta client or having the "Character" folder in my Dragon Raja Global folder will I still get additional support?

Yes beta client with latest patch + any hotfix such as "Character" folder will recieve support

i remove the files so no music

i removed bg music but kept all other sounds lol but was always good for hearing where people were coming from
