I doubt they will tell us.
It will be a trial-and-errorathon.

I've yet to even do a single original fame quest. =x

I think you misunderstood.

"I've yet to even do a single original fame quests" means I've not done any fame quests at all. "Orginal" means something that was first. IE: Fame quests before the new fame quests of DRG.
