if u're a salesman u sometimes hv to look at ur competition and adjust ur price to get the best profit. seeing that u cant make a better version of ur product most of the deal comes down on being cheapest...

Sometimes you have people trying to manipulate the market by posting a price and having their friends pretend to buy it on the forum. Then you have other people seeing that and adjust their prices till it becomes a domino effect.

let's put it this way.
will you spend 10 day's to get a gm job and then spend time to get the requirements for for the sard quest and just selling at the price of the requirements?

this is a CLEAR SPAMMING.
I think GM has to do something about it.
add a rule like "player's can not put prices of the products on top of the forum"


PS: look around the "market place". people don't tag a price on what they're selling.
only spammers do.

I am assuming you meant scamming when you said spamming. Unfortunately, the GM team will not get involved in regulating in-game market. It is up to the players to determine prices and market value. I will leave this thread open to allow discussion, but just letting everyone know it is not our policy to get involved in the market unless there are clear cut scamming involved (see rules).

I'm not sure I think he means the prices people are selling them are too cheap and he has to sell em that low and filled ripped off. My only advice is to hold on to them and not be impatient and find the right desperate buyer. That's how grofire did it. He always charged 5x what something was worth and managed to somehow sell the item.

Adding a rule implies enforcing it. Not everything can be solved simply by adding a rule (and forcing them to take certain actions). It is up to you as the player to play in the market. Whether you lose or make a profit is none of our concern unless there is a genuine scam involved. This matter is closed, if this thread continues to run in that direction I will close the thread. I am leaving it open for discussion purposes only.
