Change Trigger Mage DC Symbol

Change Trigger Mage DC Symbol

Change the bonuses from Trigger Mage into one of the 2 following:
  • 1) Magic Vigor + Distant
  • 2) Magic Vigor + Force
  • 3) Alternative suggested by HolyHell: Evasion + Distance
This would be for people who are building their archers with the Self Z + minor increase/increase + fire/ice arrow build.
I do not see any downsides if this got implemented. It wouldn't be overpowered, but it would encourage more trigger mages to be created.
And also.. Trigger Mage fits PERFECTLY for a wizard archer. You are like a magical gunner charging and blasting your enemy with magical arrows repeatedly.

edit: I also think the symbol G1 requirement should stay DB skins. Wizard archers are harder to level than normal archers( even if they just use ability redistribution ) so why make it even harder for them by making their best symbol into CYC?

... Why do you want to change this, if you perfect a dual class you'll have to change the others too.

That's part of the game it shouldn't have to be modified, if you choose Trigger you are aware that this is just for fun, it's not really one of the best classes... (in my opinion, some people could say that this is an awesome class... :x)

Trigger mage is my fav archer dual, as for it being db or cyc idc cause id still go trigger

most duals have 1 offence and 1 defence/supportive rare for symbol MOST, vigilante tho is 2 pure/pureish classes together so they get 2 offence :p, Wizard and Archer are 2 offence classes 2 just differently

1st off id keep the evasion!!!
2nd id suggest distant for 2 main reasons 1: this is best for spell blasting archer and 2 there is already a force symbol -.-

usually a symbol would have a rare from the main and a rare from the sub class*dual* so since i think its best to keep evasion, mv would be out of the picture

id never take out the ac resistall and evasion rares from dualing warrior priest and wizard :P

no dual can be perfect, whats perfect is the rares u use with ur symbol for the moment(s)

like vigi is perfect for pure offence
compaired to corsair who has nice defence, the class itself has nice offence so u balance urself some more, the accurate also helps

No matter what you can change your rares to fit another dual or replace 1 but the main thing about a dual is that you will always have these 2 rares on with every build you use

imo triggermage isnt for fun its actually good >.> the symbol as it is is pretty nice just not so offencesive, but it does have the supportive offence rare accurate

theses are just suggestions so its like not everything ganna get changed like poof x.x

I am pretty sure all magic vigor, force and distance work with fire/ice arrow. Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

If distance doesn't affect fire/ice arrow, then MAKE it work ^^

so? evasion = wiz = the defencesive rare, distance can be for archer and the offencesive rare

Force works for ice/fire arrow, I don't see why distance couldn't.
It's a mix of physical/spell attack, though it is completely blocked by spell shield , the spell damage pierces physical damage shields ( dragon scale )
I tried this build out in beta but I didn't have any distance rares, I think we need a GM to confirm whether they work or not.
Also:
*Alternative Build: First perfected/pioneered by JeN and ZyPheR (Both Zypern, Malaysian server 2003, International Server 2001), it involves the archer to dual towards wizard at 105, and having THREE distinctive rare types (being Force, Distant and Magic Vigor). The result of the rapid firing rate of Shark Missile(Combat Skill), Magery 100+ and bonus damage from the Distant rare results in a whopping total damage of 300k+ at Archery 140.

i know for a fact that force works as well as mv as well as z and increase with firearrow/icearrow, as for distance im not 100% since i never tried (Y) i stall rather have the symbol have distance then force even if they dont stack
