Actually, now that I think of it.
They made all crafting 100% but forgot about Sawing.

Sawing chance, at the moment seems to be based on your job level compared to the level of what you are trying to saw.

yap. maybe the plan of GM is keep this metod...

but is so sad lost to many Whitebirch's, and them are really hard to get (1 - 4 max) per tree :S!!
